Country Christian School
Mission
To provide an exemplary education spiritually and academically,
in order to prepare our students to live in a manner that will
bring glory to God and make an impact on our world.
History:
Country Christian School began in 1978 with six families seeking
a nondenominational, Christ-centered, high quality education for
their children. With a rented building in Neosho, Wisconsin and two
teachers, we opened our doors to 29 children. The school grew
rapidly, moving to larger quarters at the Alliance Bible Church in
Oconomowoc. The present building was purchased in 1993.
Vision:
Country Christian School is dedicated to glorifying God by
preparing our students to participate effectively in God’s plan for
their lives. We encourage the development of the whole person with
a program designed to develop the child’s cognitive, creative,
artistic, and athletic abilities.
Our goal is to teach all subjects in the curriculum as parts of
an integrated whole with the Scripture at the center
(2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Our curriculum uses traditional academics to develop and refine
reading, communication, and math skills. Our intent is for our
graduates to be able to analyze information and issues with
Biblical discernment which will equip them to be “salt and light”
in our society.
Country Christian School will strive to:
1. Provide a clear model of biblical Christian life through the
school staff and board (Matthew 22:37-40).
2. Encourage every student to begin to develop a personal
relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ
(Matthew 28:18-20).
3. Encourage every student to develop a love for learning and to
achieve maximum academic potential.
4. Provide an orderly and secure atmosphere conducive to
maintaining these standards.
“Reverence for the Lord is the beginning of wisdom…” -
Psalm 111:10
Country Christian School does not discriminate
on the basis of gender, race, color or national origin in
admissions or in the administration of any of its
programs.
